Yes. The private wood-fired hot tub is included in every booking at no extra cost. It's yours for the duration of your stay — no time limits, no sharing.
Yes, well-behaved dogs are very welcome. There is a one-off £20 pet fee per stay. We have a retractable barrier to help keep the outdoor space secure. Please select the pet option when booking.
The Studio sleeps up to 4 guests. There is a king size bedroom plus an open-plan lounge with a sofa bed. Strictly no additional guests without prior arrangement.
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Longer stays are of course welcome — get in touch if you'd like to book an extended visit.
The Studio is in Draycott, Somerset — around a 5-minute drive from the entrance to Cheddar Gorge and Caves. Cheddar village itself is just 3 minutes away.
Yes, EV charging is available on request. Please mention it when booking or get in touch before your stay so we can arrange it for your arrival.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. The outdoor terrace area is available for smokers.

Yes. The Studio was purpose-built in 2021 with sustainability at its core — SIPs construction, solar PV with battery storage, MVHR ventilation, and passive solar design. The property is almost entirely energy self-sufficient and uses eco-friendly toiletries throughout.
The nearest stations are Weston-super-Mare (approximately 20 minutes by car) and Bristol Temple Meads (approximately 45 minutes by car). A car is recommended for exploring Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills.
